Yes, but not necessarily! While phones have also been programmed to code for us too (isn't that fun?), it's best and most effective to have a system (laptop) to enjoy full coding capability. A laptop provides the complete development environment, larger screen for coding, and access to all the tools you'll need.

If you only have a smartphone, you can still follow along with basic concepts, but for the hands-on coding exercises and projects, a laptop is highly recommended.

While not absolutely compulsory from day one, we strongly recommend having access to a laptop as soon as possible. The first few sessions covering theory and basic concepts can be followed on a phone or tablet, but once we start practical coding (around week 3), you'll need a laptop to fully participate in exercises and build your projects.

The complete course runs for 6 months (24 weeks) with 3 classes per week. This gives us enough time to thoroughly cover HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and build multiple real-world projects without rushing through the material.
